TechOneOps was founded by David Máj. His background combines enterprise application development, system integration and production operations, the three areas that meet whenever a server has a problem.
That combination shapes how we work. We read application logs as well as system metrics, we talk to your developers in their language, and we know what a deployment, a database upgrade or a failed backup means for the business that depends on it.
From the first conversation you know who is responsible for your environment and who answers when something goes wrong. There is no anonymous queue between you and the people doing the work.

TechOneOps is a service of TechOne CZ s.r.o., a Czech company based in Prague. TechOneOps is built for companies in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and internationally.
We work for small and mid-sized companies with capable servers or a growing cloud bill, but no team of their own to run them. We take over that work: monitoring, incident handling, updates, backups, security, preventive checks and the documentation that ties it all together.

How we work
Five principles apply to every environment we run, from a single server to a Kubernetes cluster.
Prevention before incidents
We look for problems in regular reviews, not only after an alert. Every month we check security, updates, backups and monitoring, including a test restore of a selected backup.
Documented, not remembered
Access, procedures and changes are written down. Your environment never depends on one person's memory, including ours.
A named contact
You know who looks after your environment and how to reach them. Authorised people on your side report through our ticketing system, and we contact you ourselves when monitoring detects a problem.
Agreed before promised
Scope, response times and costs are agreed in writing before we take over. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted and approved in advance.
No lock-in
If you decide to leave, we hand over documentation, configurations, scripts and access. You can continue with your own team or another provider.
The infrastructure we build on
We build on Hetzner: strong price and performance, with data centres in the EU. For many companies it is the most sensible foundation for production servers.
What Hetzner does not provide is someone to run your environment. That is where we come in: architecture, setup, monitoring, incident response, maintenance and recovery, under agreed service levels.
TechOne is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with Hetzner Online GmbH. We recommend Hetzner because it fits most of the workloads we run. Where your situation calls for it, we also work with other cloud providers and your own servers.
How working with us begins
A first conversation
You tell us about your environment, your applications and what worries you. We tell you honestly whether and how we can help.
Audit or takeover
We review the environment or take it over in a structured onboarding: access and knowledge handover, entry audit, monitoring and alerting.
Regular operations
From the third week we run the environment live, with monthly preventive checks, a written report and a named contact.

Who is TechOneOps?
TechOneOps is a managed operations service of TechOne CZ s.r.o., a company founded in 2017 and based in Prague. The founder is David Máj.
Are you part of Hetzner?
No. TechOne is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with Hetzner Online GmbH. We build on Hetzner because it offers strong price and performance with European data centres.
Do you work with companies outside the Czech Republic?
Yes. TechOneOps is built for companies in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and internationally. All work is done remotely through secure access, so your location does not matter.
Where does our data stay, and do you sign a DPA?
Environments we set up or move run in EU data centres, and we sign a data processing agreement (DPA) under the GDPR as part of the contract. Support is available in English and German.
What happens if we want to end the cooperation?
We hand over documentation, configurations, scripts and access, so your own team or another provider can continue without starting from scratch.
