Understand the environment
We review your systems, dependencies and operational needs. Together, we identify what should be managed, where the risks are and what the business requires.
We set up, secure, monitor and maintain your servers. Monitoring runs 24/7 in every plan, and our team handles incidents under a written SLA, during business hours or around the clock.
Incident support in business hours or 24/7
Faster by agreement
Where your servers run today, no migration required
Infrastructure needs attention long after deployment. We agree the scope, take responsibility for day-to-day operations and make the work visible through regular reporting.
We assess your workloads, design the environment and plan any migration. Dependencies, responsibilities and the operational handover are agreed before the move.
We monitor the agreed infrastructure 24/7, investigate alerts and handle incidents. Our standard is a response within 4 hours and service restored within 8 hours; priorities and escalation paths are written into your SLA.
We manage updates, access and agreed security controls. Maintenance windows and changes are planned with you, with a clear record of completed work.
We define backup coverage, retention and recovery objectives (RPO/RTO) with you. Every month we restore a selected backup to prove it works, and the result goes into your monthly report.
We review capacity, configuration and recurring alerts. Findings become concrete actions, with priorities, owners and progress visible in your service reports.
For environments using Kubernetes, we agree responsibility for cluster maintenance, configuration and incident handling. The scope follows your architecture and application team.
Monitoring runs 24/7 in every plan. Our team handles incidents under a written SLA, either during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:00 CET/CEST) or around the clock, depending on the plan you choose. The SLA lists the covered systems, incident priorities and the response you can expect.
During onboarding, we establish your incident contact, escalation path and authorised contacts, so the right people can reach us when a critical issue occurs.
That is our standard for incidents, and faster response is available by agreement. On the business-hours plan, both times run within service hours. An uptime commitment is agreed after the entry audit, once we know the environment.
You receive updates as an incident progresses, followed by a record of the outcome and any follow-up actions within the agreed service scope.
With 24/7 support, critical incidents are handled at night, at weekends and on public holidays. With business-hours support, they are handled from the start of the next business day. Routine requests and planned work follow service hours in both plans.
Discuss your support requirements Support & SLAWe review your systems, dependencies and operational needs. Together, we identify what should be managed, where the risks are and what the business requires.
We propose the architecture, any migration work and the ongoing service. You receive a clear scope, responsibilities, support model and pricing.
We complete the handover, establish access, monitoring and recovery procedures, then manage the environment with regular reviews and a visible record of actions.
When we build or move your environment, we run it on Hetzner, a cost-efficient infrastructure provider, and size it to what your applications actually need. Your data stays in EU data centres, and we sign a GDPR data processing agreement (DPA) with you. You see infrastructure costs and the price of our management separately. TechOne is an independent service provider, not affiliated with Hetzner Online GmbH.
We assess capacity and utilisation so the environment reflects the resources your applications need, with room for agreed growth.
The proposal makes infrastructure, management and any one-off work visible, so you can evaluate the full cost of the service.
We revisit resource use and operational needs over time, recommending changes where the evidence supports a better fit.
Start with a standalone assessment before deciding on managed operations. We receive access, talk to the people who know the environment, review configuration and repositories, verify selected parts in the live environment and walk you through a written report. It typically takes one to two weeks. The report is yours, whether you continue with us or not.
Founder, TechOne

TechOneOps is provided by TechOne CZ s.r.o., based in Prague. From the first conversation, you know who is responsible for your infrastructure and who answers when something goes wrong.
David Máj founded TechOneOps. His background combines enterprise application development, system integration and production operations. Our team brings that experience to companies that need reliable servers without building their own operations department.
Yes. We review your current environment, access and dependencies first, then take it over where it runs today: on Hetzner, with another cloud provider or on your own servers. A takeover typically takes about three weeks. Migration is optional: if a move would lower your costs, we show you the numbers; if it would not, we tell you.
Monitoring runs 24/7 in every plan. Incident handling follows the plan you choose: business hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:00 CET/CEST) or 24/7. We price the service around your environment, responsibilities and support requirements. The proposal identifies infrastructure costs, ongoing management and any initial assessment or migration work.
Yes. The Infrastructure Health Audit is available as a standalone engagement. It gives you findings and recommended actions before you decide whether to proceed with managed operations.
Share your current environment, operational challenges and plans. We reply within one business day, in English or German, with a few questions or a proposed next step. No commitment.
